How to create one
There are two places:
- In a conversation — “+” → “Send a cart”. The link goes to the buyer in that same chat.
- Standalone — the “Create cart” button in the dashboard menu. You can copy the link or send it to a buyer.
Step 1. Products
The “New cart” screen: the catalog with search, pinned products at the top.
- Add a product — “+”, quantity — “− 1 +”.
- A product with sizes — “Size ⌄”: a list of sizes opens, missing ones are crossed out. Next to them — “Restock”, if you actually have the item.
- Each product shows its availability: “In stock”, “2 left”, “Out of stock” or “No material”.
- “+ Own item” — something that isn't in the catalog: a name, price, photo and, if needed, a material. Such an item is hidden from the catalog and exists only for this cart, unless you tick “Add to the permanent catalog”.
At the bottom — the quantity and total, and the “Next” button.
Step 2. Review
The cart's contents with catalog prices and the total. The buyer chooses delivery and payment themselves.
Who is the cart for — pick a buyer, and the cart goes to the conversation where they last wrote. You can also leave it without a buyer — then you just copy the link.
Step 3. The link
“Create link” — and the cart is ready: “Cart for 1,250 ₴ · 3 pcs. Items are reserved for the buyer.”
- In a conversation the link is sent automatically.
- Standalone — “Send to …” sends it to the chosen buyer; “Copy” or “Share” lets you send it yourself.
What the buyer sees
The link opens the cart on your storefront. The buyer sees the products and the reservation timer, enters their name, phone and delivery, chooses a payment method and places the order. More in What the buyer sees.
One link — one cart — one order. The link can be opened any number of times within 7 days — it's the same cart every time. After the order is placed, it leads to this buyer's order page instead.
Reservation — 20 minutes
While a cart is reserved, other buyers on the storefront see its products as “out of stock” or “only N available”.
- The reservation starts when you create the cart, and once more when the buyer first opens the link. So a buyer who replies an hour later still gets their 20 minutes.
- Refreshing the page, reopening it or “+”/“−” in the cart do not extend the reservation.
- After 20 minutes the cart stays, and it can still be ordered while the items are in stock.
Recent links
The clock icon at the top of “New cart” — “Recent links” for 30 days with a status: “Not opened”, “Opened”, “Placed”, “Expired”.
- The buyer wrote “and this one too” — don't create a new link: open the cart in “Recent links” (tap the row), add the item and click “Update link”. The buyer's address stays the same: they refresh the page and see the new contents, and the reservation starts over. If the buyer has already placed the order, the dashboard says so — then you need a new cart.
- The same cart for another buyer — “•••” → “New cart with these items”. Don't forward the same link: two people would get one shared cart.
- Delete a link — also in “•••”.
You can also copy the last cart link for a buyer from the customer card in a conversation.
When the buyer already added items themselves
If the buyer first put something in a cart on the storefront and then opened your link, their items move into the linked cart; identical ones are added together. Above the cart they see “Added N items from your previous cart”. Anything out of stock isn't added, and that's stated too.
Why a link can't be created
- A product is out of stock or a material is short — the dashboard names which one. Restock right in the cart (“Restock”) or remove the line.
- The cart contains an archived product — such a cart isn't sent. Restore the product from the archive or remove it.
An unfinished cart
If you started building a cart and left, next time the dashboard asks: “Continue editing” or “Start new”.
