How to create a dashboard, which ways you can sign in and how to protect your account. Poleso has no password — you sign in with email, Google, Facebook or a passkey.
How to create a store, what to set up right away and what can wait. There are only two required steps — the name and the storefront address; everything else can be set up any time.
How to put the dashboard on your phone's home screen, turn on notifications about messages and orders, and what to do when they don't arrive.
How to connect Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram so that buyers' messages arrive in one section of the dashboard — Messages.
The dashboard's main screen: conversations from Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram in one list, the buyer's order right in the conversation and a “Waiting” mark for those you haven't answered yet.
Save what you write to buyers every day — payment details, delivery terms, a size chart — once, and insert it by typing one word. Available from the Plus plan.
Comments under your Instagram posts and reels in one section: reply publicly, write to the author in Direct, hide, and send a cart straight from a comment.
A bot replies under your Instagram posts to “price?”, “+”, “want” for you — by rules you set. Auto-replies to comments are available from the Pro plan. At the end — the dashboard's other automations.
How to add a product — a single one or with sizes and colours: name, price, photos, variants and packaging. Every product immediately gets its own storefront page you can send to a buyer.
How to track quantities: a number or “∞”, where to change stock for many products quickly, what the badges in the product list mean and when a product is taken off stock.
A warehouse of the raw materials you make products from, and a warehouse of the boxes you pack parcels in. Both are available from the Plus plan and both are optional: if you track stock as a plain number, you don't need either.
How to turn your Instagram posts into products in a few minutes: the dashboard takes the photo and caption and recognises the name, description, price and sizes by itself.
How to arrange products in the catalog, take unwanted ones off the storefront without losing their history, and when a product can be deleted for good.
When a product is out of stock, a buyer can subscribe — and a Telegram bot writes to them by itself as soon as the product is back. Nothing is needed from you. Available from the Plus plan.
The main way to sell in a chat: you pick the products, the buyer gets a link, enters delivery details and pays. No back-and-forth about addresses and payment details.
The buyer has written everything in the chat — the product, name, phone, branch — and doesn't want to fill anything in. Then you place the order: right from the conversation, in four steps.
The buyer's path from the storefront to the parcel: catalog, cart, checkout, payment and the order page that stays with them until delivery. Worth knowing so you can guide a buyer and check your own store.
The **Orders** section: every order laid out by stage — from new to received — plus search and actions on several orders at once.
Everything about one order: its stage, items, buyer, delivery and payment — plus editing, cancelling and deleting.
Which payment methods you can offer buyers, how to connect card payments through Monobank, how to remind a buyer to pay, resend a payment link and mark a payment by hand.
Don't offer cash on delivery to people who have already left a parcel unclaimed, or to new buyers on large orders — so you don't pay for shipping both ways. Buyer marks are visible on every plan; the payment rule is from the Pro plan.
How to connect Nova Poshta and create waybills from the dashboard: in one click or with a form, one at a time or in bulk, with printing, registries and parcel statuses.
How to connect Meest Express so buyers can pick a Meest branch in the cart and you can create waybills from the dashboard — with cash on delivery, printing and parcel statuses.
The waybill was made in the carrier's account or at the post office — and Poleso only needs its number: so the order moves into delivery and the buyer gets a tracking number. The same goes for Ukrposhta, which the dashboard doesn't work with directly yet.
When the store pays for delivery: you pay the carrier under your own contract, and the buyer pays you for delivery separately — with an invoice you send. How to enter the amount, send the invoice and see that delivery has been paid.
How much you sold and how much money has already arrived, what sells best, where orders come from, how much money is still in transit and how many parcels come back. Full analytics is available from the Pro plan.
How to set up what buyers see in your store: navigation buttons, store documents and how search engines find your storefront.
How to move your storefront to your own address — `www.my-shop.com` instead of `poleso.com/your-store`. From the Pro plan.
How to invite a manager or partner to your store, what each role sees and how many people your plan allows.
What each plan gives you, how to move up or down, what happens to your data and how to get a discount by inviting a friend. Prices are on the [Pricing](/pricing) page.
