It opens when you tap a card in the order list, from a conversation (“Open order”) or from a notification link.
What's on the page
- Status and stage bar: New → In progress → Shipped → Received. You switch “New”, “In progress” and “Ready” yourself; after that the carrier drives the status.
- When to ship — “Urgent” or a scheduled date.
- Items — with photos, quantity and total.
- Customer details — name and phone with “Copy” and “Call” buttons; “Open chat with the buyer”.
- Delivery — carrier, city and branch; who pays for delivery.
- Payment — the method and state: “Paid”, “Partially paid”, “Awaiting payment”. Tap to change the payment.
- Delivery payment — if the store pays for delivery (see Delivery paid by the store).
- Gift (no receipt) — if the buyer marked it so.
- Customer comment and seller note — your internal note, the buyer doesn't see it.
- Placed by seller — if you created the order in a conversation: who and when.
The waybill
At the bottom of the screen — “Create waybill” and “Add waybill” (enter the number of a waybill created outside the dashboard). Once there's a waybill, you can copy its number, and the “•••” menu has “Delete waybill”. How waybills work — see Nova Poshta, Meest and Tracking number by hand.
The same menu has “Payment link” if the order is awaiting online payment. See Order payment.
Editing
“Edit order”:
- customer details — name and phone;
- seller note;
- who pays for delivery — sender or recipient;
- gift — yes or no;
- carrier, city and branch. To change the carrier, delete the waybill first;
- items — add (with search and stock shown), change quantity, remove.
Stock is counted correctly. If stock for the order was already taken, changing a quantity takes or returns the difference. If the order is still awaiting online payment, nothing was taken — so removing a line returns nothing.
The last item. If you remove the last item, the dashboard asks what to do: cancel the order, remove anyway (leaving an empty order with a zero total) or keep it.
Cancel or delete
These are different actions, and mixing them up is costly:
| Action | What it does | | :---- | :---- | | Cancel | returns the items to stock; the order stays in Unsuccessful with its history | | Delete | also returns taken stock, but erases the order for good — along with any trace of it |
Most of the time you want cancel. Delete only orders created by mistake — tests or duplicates.
- A cancelled order can't go back “to work” with an ordinary status change: its stock has already been returned. It has no waybill actions either.
- An order with a waybill can't be deleted — delete or unlink the waybill first.
You can cancel on the order page, with the “Cancel” button on the card in the list (on a computer) or from the card's menu (on a phone — press and hold it).
