Three sections and their tabs
| Section | Tabs | What's inside | | :---- | :---- | :---- | | Processing | New · In progress · Ready to ship | orders without a waybill | | Delivery | Ready · In transit · At branch · Storage fee soon · Paid storage · Refused · Returned | a waybill exists | | Completed | Successful · Unsuccessful | nothing left to work on |
Successful — delivered and completed. Unsuccessful — cancelled, plus refusals and returns you marked as handled.
The number on a tab is how many orders it holds. Until the parcel is accepted at the branch, the order stays “Ready to ship”, even if the waybill already exists.
The number next to “Orders” in the menu — new orders nobody has touched yet. It goes down when you open an order or change its payment or status. A new, unviewed order is marked with a dot.
The order card
- number, total, buyer's name and product thumbnails;
- “Urgent” or the date to ship;
- payment — “Cash on delivery”, “Paid”, “Partly paid” or “Not paid”. Tap it to change the payment without opening the order;
- delivery — “Delivery: unpaid” if the store pays for delivery and the buyer hasn't paid for it yet (see Delivery paid by the store);
- at the bottom — the status and “Create waybill”; the arrow next to it has “manually” and “Add waybill”. Once a waybill exists, its number replaces the button: tap to copy it;
- 💬 — open the conversation with the buyer without entering the order;
- on a computer — “Cancel”.
Tapping the card opens the order page.
The order menu. On a phone, press and hold a card — a menu appears: open the conversation, cancel, delete.
Search
One field above the tabs. It searches by:
- order number — with or without the hash (
#B8E668E8andB8E668E8); - the buyer's last or first name;
- phone in any format:
+380501234567,0501234567,+38 (050) 123-45-67; - a Nova Poshta or Meest waybill number — with spaces, hyphens or without, even one that's been deleted;
- city and branch;
- product or size name.
By default search covers all tabs, including cancelled and completed: people usually search exactly when they don't remember where an order is. A chip under the field narrows the search to the open tab.
The list shows the latest 100 orders; older ones are found by search.
Several orders at once
The “Select” button — tap cards, and a panel appears at the bottom:
- “Create waybill” — waybills for all selected;
- “Change status”;
- “•••” — registry, print waybills, unlink waybill, delete.
Waybills, printing and registries in bulk are from the Pro plan; a single waybill works on any plan.
“Done” — leave selection. How waybills, registries and printing work — see Nova Poshta.
Parcel statuses
The ↻ button at the top asks Nova Poshta about all active shipments and updates their state: in transit → at the branch → picked up or refused. From the Plus plan the same happens automatically every hour.
“Completed → Successful” has a “Picked up today: N, this week: N” summary.
“Handled”
In the “Refused” and “Returned” tabs a card has a “Handled” button. Until you press it, the order stays in Delivery — because something really needs doing: resend, agree with the buyer, refund. Pressing it moves the order to Unsuccessful. To undo — “Back to work”.
Delivered and cancelled orders deliberately have no such button — it wouldn't change anything there.
From analytics
Numbers in analytics are clickable: a tap opens the list of exactly the orders behind that number, labelled “From analytics”. “Show all orders” returns to the normal list.
