Where
The Analytics section in the dashboard menu. Only the store owner sees it.
On FREE and Plus the section shows one number — “Sold, last 30 days” — and an explanation of what full analytics offers.
Period
At the top — Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days. Next to the main numbers — the change vs previous period of the same length (or “nothing to compare with” if there were no sales before).
What it shows
Sold — the total of orders created in the period, excluding cancelled and returned ones. Unpaid cash on delivery counts too: it's already a sale, and the money will arrive. Under the total — “of which received”: paid online plus cash on delivery for parcels already picked up.
Orders and Average order — for the same period.
Sales by day — a chart. Tap a day to see its orders.
Money in transit — cash on delivery for parcels not yet picked up. This number is as of now, regardless of the selected period: how much money is still on its way.
Refusals and returns — how many of the period's parcels came back, out of those that have already arrived or returned.
Top products — what sells best, in pieces and money. You can open the product from there.
Where orders come from — Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp or “Storefront, no chat” — the buyer came to the storefront by themselves, without messaging you.
The numbers are clickable
Almost every number opens the list of exactly the orders behind it: “Sold, 7 days”, “Money in transit — now”, “With “…”, 30 days”. The list is labelled “From analytics”, and “Show all orders” returns to the normal order list.
Worth knowing
- Delivery payment the buyer pays separately (delivery paid by the store) isn't counted as revenue.
- “Received” relies on parcel statuses, so for cash on delivery it's accurate when statuses are updated — from the Plus plan that happens every hour.
- Times and days are counted in Kyiv time.
