The storefront address is poleso.com/your-store or your own domain. To open it — the ↗ icon next to the store name in the sidebar. What a buyer sees from the catalog to the parcel — see What the buyer sees.
Name, logo, contacts, language, currency and product order are set under Settings → Store and delivery — see Your first store.
Storefront navigation
Settings → Storefront navigation — buttons on your store's home page, under the search. Each button does one of three things:
- Category — opens the products of one category (the category is set on the product card);
- Collection (by tag) — products with a certain tag;
- External link — any address: your Instagram, a size chart, reviews.
Each button has a label in the storefront (for example, “Mugs” or “SALE 🔥”) and a colour. Order the buttons by dragging: on the storefront they appear left to right in the same order. Save with “Save storefront changes”.
Documents
Settings → Documents — texts linked in the storefront footer:
- Public offer agreement — the terms you sell on;
- Privacy policy — how you collect and handle buyers' data;
- Shipping and payment terms;
- Return policy;
- Legal information — your business details.
Each document comes in Ukrainian and English. If a field is empty, the dashboard offers to “Generate Template” — a standard text with your store's name that's worth re-reading and filling in with your details. The text supports Markdown: headings, lists, emphasis.
Every visitor can see the documents — without them it's harder for buyers and banks to trust the store.
The storefront in search
Google and other search engines find your storefront by themselves: the platform gives them a list of the store's pages and visible products, plus price and availability for each product, so these can appear next to the name in search results. Nothing to turn on — on every plan.
- Archived products, the cart and order pages won't appear in search.
- Languages — those enabled for the store.
- If you have your own domain, that's what appears in search.
A product link
Every product has its own page. “Copy link” in the product's menu — and you can send it to a buyer or put it in your bio or stories.
If the store is suspended
If the platform administration suspends a store, the dashboard shows “Store suspended”, and the storefront stops accepting orders. If this is a mistake — contact support.
