Open your storefront — the ↗ icon next to the store name in the sidebar — and walk the path yourself.
The storefront
The address is poleso.com/your-store or your own domain.
- Catalog — products in the order you chose (see Product order, archive and deletion). Buyers can switch the sorting for themselves.
- Navigation buttons — categories, tag collections or external links you set up in storefront navigation.
- Search — with suggestions of the popular queries you entered in the store settings.
- Language and currency — buyers switch them themselves. Prices in additional currencies use the exchange rate; payment is in the store's currency.
- At the bottom — your contacts and documents: terms and privacy policy.
A product page
Photos, description, price, size or colour choice, and an add-to-cart button. You can send the product page link to anyone — “Copy link” in the product's menu in the dashboard.
If the product is out of stock, on Plus and above the buyer sees “Notify me when it's back”.
The cart
A buyer gets to a cart in two ways: by building it on the storefront or by opening your cart link. A cart from a link shows a reservation timer — 20 minutes while the items are held for them.
Checkout
The buyer fills in:
- last name, first name, patronymic and phone (email is optional);
- the carrier — one of those enabled for the store — the city and branch. For Nova Poshta and connected Meest the branch is picked from a list;
- who pays for shipping — the recipient or the sender. If the sender (the store), the buyer sees “We will send you a separate invoice for delivery” (see Delivery paid by the store);
- the payment method — of those you enabled: cash on delivery, full or partial prepayment, pay by card online;
- “This is a gift (do not include a receipt)” and an order comment — optional.
Limits the buyer may see:
- “For this order the store accepts prepayment only” — the prepayment rule for risky buyers applied. The buyer doesn't see the reason.
- Cash on delivery isn't available for a Meest parcel locker — Meest doesn't accept such parcels.
- There's no online payment if the store hasn't connected Monobank.
Paying by card
After “Confirm order”, the buyer is taken to the Monobank payment page: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. After paying they return to their order page.
If the bank hasn't confirmed the payment yet, the page says “Awaiting payment” rather than “Order received” — it doesn't mislead.
The order page
The buyer's main place after checkout. It opens after checkout, after returning from the bank, from the cart link and from the payment link — one link serves the buyer to the end.
The page shows the stage and what to do:
- Awaiting payment — a “Pay for the order” button. If the previous invoice failed or expired, the page creates a new one itself;
- Order received! — being prepared for shipping;
- Order shipped / Parcel on its way — the waybill number with “Copy number” and “Track parcel”;
- Parcel is waiting for you — to pick up at the branch;
- Order received, Parcel returned or Order cancelled.
Below is the summary: items, amounts and the order number.
Messages in the chat
If the order came from a conversation, the buyer also gets there (from the Plus plan):
- “Payment received” — right after paying by card;
- the waybill number with a tracking link — when you create a waybill (an automation);
- a payment reminder if an order with online payment stays unpaid.
