Plans
FREE — for getting started, no payment and no time limit:
- up to 50 products;
- messages from Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram;
- storefront, cart links, card payments and single waybills.
Plus — for a growing store:
- unlimited products;
- a team of up to 3 members;
- hourly parcel statuses and paid-storage notifications;
- automations: waybill number and “Payment received” in the chat, payment reminders;
- materials and packaging;
- “Notify me when it's back”;
- quick replies.
Pro — everything in Plus, plus:
- no limits — products, Instagram accounts, team;
- analytics;
- waybills, printing and registries in bulk;
- auto-replies to comments;
- prepayment for risky buyers;
- custom domain.
When something is only available on a higher plan, the dashboard says which one and offers to switch.
Where to manage it
Settings → Plan. Here you see your current plan, the date it's paid until, plan cards with a “Monthly / Yearly” switch and your payment history. Yearly billing costs ten months (−2 mo).
The plan is per store: one store — one subscription.
Moving to a higher plan
Takes effect immediately. If the current period is already paid, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Payment is by card.
Moving to a lower plan or FREE
Takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the rest. Until then everything works as now, and the page says what changes and when: “Paid until … · then FREE”. Changed your mind — “Stay on …”.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted or hidden:
- products above the FREE limit keep selling;
- materials and boxes you set up keep working, and tracking continues;
- team members stay;
- your custom domain keeps working.
You just can't add new things beyond the lower plan's limit: a product, an Instagram account, a member, a material link. Archived products don't count towards the limit — the archive frees up room.
Invite a friend
The plan page has your invite link.
- A friend who signs up through it gets −50% on the first month of Plus or Pro.
- You get a month of your plan free when the friend pays for their second month. If you're on FREE — a month of Plus.
- One reward per friend, no more than 5 a month.
The same place shows how many friends you've invited, how many paid and how many months you've earned.
A cut of your sales
Poleso doesn't take a percentage of your sales — you only pay for the plan. The bank charges its own fee when buyers pay by card (see Order payment).
